Xhale Return Policy
- Xhale cares about your safety and good health. However, due
to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
- If a product is received physically damaged, Xhale will exchange
the item for an identical piece.
- Any damaged goods must be reported within 3 (three) business
days of receipt.
- Xhale must be notified within the allowed time period at which
time instructions will be given on how to complete the exchange.
- Returned product without company authorization does not constitute
the right to an exchange.
